3. Features

The rotor testing machine mainly test the quality die casting of rotor, which is rapid to test the failure of die casting rotor, for example: broken bar, thin bar, porosity, leakage, squirrel cage eccentricity, slot deviation, low quality of aluminum alloy.
Rotor testing machine can be applied to both the laboratory and production line. The initial test, sample test and all products test can be performed to the die casting rotor on the production line, by which the production of the unqualified rotor can be controlled well. And it can improve the production efficiency and product quality.
The rotor testing machine include: IPC, master test, and test bench.IPC is the important media, mainly used to acquiring and analyzing data, recording the testing conditions.As the slave computer, the signal board controls the motor running and signal acquisition.The rotor testing machine is composed to achieve test, data acquire and analysis automatically in every step.
